As you know Japanese love noodles! Either Soba, Udon or Ramen.
I assume most of all the Japanese towns have their own noodles.
We love Kamaishi Ramen, it is thin and little bit curly type of noodle in clear soup
I visited 3 ramen shops during my stay.
日本人は麺好き！ラーメン好きの方が多く、私もその一人です。
地方それぞれの味があるのでしょうが、釜石ラーメンは、細いちじれ麺そしてさっぱりしつつ”こく”のある透き通ったスープが特徴です。
今回の滞在中、3箇所でなつかしの味を堪能しました。
まずは・・・
昇華！平田の釜石大観音前にあり、初日の出を見た後の早朝妹とともにいただきました。
Shoka! This ramen shop is located near Kamaishi Daikannon. I went here with my sister after Hatsu hinode (first sunrise of the year) .
冷え切った体を温めてくれました。

セットが充実しています。カレーとかカツどんとか、久しぶりにいただきたいものばかりでした。
父親と一緒に行きました。

そして実家から一番近いわりに、子供のころにいったきりのお店です。
母親と一緒に行きました！
Near my home, but I did not visit here in quite a long time… I visited with my mon.

ということで、3店全てを家族の誰かと一緒に行ったのです。
どちらも美味しくいただきました！
